Many Baedrobe products are made to order and produced after an order is placed. Because of this, slight variations in printing, placement, color, or finish may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

By placing an order with Baedrobe, you are offering to purchase the selected products according to these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.

SECTION 4 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Selecting the wrong product or variation
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at baedrobeco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Jewelry & Accessories

All jewelry and accessory sales are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for jewelry or accessories unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Many products are made to order and may require production time before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Baedrobe is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Holiday delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Carrier disruptions
  • International customs procedures

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages may require additional shipping charges.

This matches Shopify’s own template approach, which treats delivery times as estimates and recognizes that carrier or customs delays can occur.
